Open Question: Where can I get an Online Loan?
Does anyone know any websites where I can receive a loan online that is not a scam?? I've been trying to search yahoo for online loans and everything i've tried has me put my info down and tells me to hold on while it approves me and then it gives me a list of lenders who will "supposedly" approve me for a loan and I then put in my informations and then "They" also re-direct me to a list of lenders so i'm thinkin those are websites JUST to receive your information so they can hound you.. Ever since I did that i've been getting phone calls every DAY, EVERYDAY from 1-800 numbers and every kinds of weird numbers.. I've also been getting ALOT of e-mails like within the past 3 days i've gotten 135 emails in my inbox and 143 in my spam every from sites trying to receive me to go back and supposedly "finish" my application. Someone please help me!!! I need a reliable website that does loans... Have any of you or friends or family gotten online loans before?? If so what websites did they use or do you suggest?? Only serious answers please... Thanks Thanks for the feedback so far.. I will try those. Just a little more info if it helps, every Im tryin to do is pay my rent.. I've got a check coming in about 3 weeks but my rent was do on the 1st so it's already tardy and they will only give me until the 19th to pay it so I just need a loan for probably about $600-$700 to receive me by until 3 weeks when I receive my check. Open Question: Will water inside of an out of balance wheel ever reach equilibrium?
On paper I have drawn one out of balance wheel. It will forever remain out of balance. It has only 5 moving parts. Two independent discs forming the basic wheel shape. Two axles and one rubber membrane to contain the water on the inside. (an inner tube on the OD between the disc, joining the disc) The 2 independent axles are on opposite sides and centered on the two discs. The two axles are not on a parallel axis but slightly offset to provide a larger gap between the two disc on one side than on the other side. The weight advantage remains off middle due to this configuration. I am looking for someone a lot smarter than me to tell me what amount of water turbulence/friction loss, bearing friction loss and elastic friction loss this has to overcome. There is a 70 pound weight advantage to work with. Less losses from these three variables every remaining is 100% free energy. A gravity engine. This model is 3 feet in diameter and 4 inches wide when static. (static is when the disc are parallel to each other and the weight is 50/50 of COG ) When the disc are offset away she goes, and when it stops, nobody knows….yet. “HYDRA-steer”….the first PM machine in history that really works…on paper. Open Question: I'm working on an essay and want to enter it in a contest that isn't a scam?
So....I'm working on this essay for science about electromagnets. I started typing up my final copy of my notes 15 min ago and have two and a half final copy pages off my notes. I want to enter it in a contest when I'm done but I have tried twice before with different essays and they ended up as scams. Does anyone know a contest with a prize for essays like this. it will be very long and i don't trust online contests. Please help i don't just want a test grade on something i put 2 hours effort into with 8 more hours of note taking from books. The prize can be anything from money for college to a gift card to Petco.

Open Question: Timeshare express services is this a scam?
I was called by Timeshare express too saying the same thing they told you and I asked for something in writing and they said I needed to pay $1450 in order to receive the verification information they got on selling my timeshare, they told me they already had a buyer too and that they are on the largest finance companies out there for timeshares, If this is true does anyone know what finance company this is?

Open Question: Charter cable house scam.?
There was a person who came to my home unannounced and we let him in because he said he was from our cable company. I watched him and made sure he didn't take anything. i called our company and they said they didn't have record of a visit to my home. He did have a charter van and tools and everything. he looked legit. but my uncle is part of the Police Department and he said here have been many calls about this and peoples houses are being broken into because when these people arrive they scout out your home to look how they can receive in and what they can take. should i be worried? i do keep my home locked at every times but i sill nice of wonder. any advice you think would keep my home more secure? or just help my situation in general? thanks guys!!

Open Question: Help! Security tool is NOT letting me uninstall it?
Please help, it's not comfortable being bugged by a fake virus scanner, I didn't even download it, I only download Mozilla and I guess it comes with it... I have tried getting rid of it, downloading removal programs, but then they started blocking me from using the program! I would not pay and waste money for a fake scam. Is there any way I can receive rid of this stupid program? They are ruining my PC, took off every the desktop icons and backgrounds. Who is responsible for this anyways?

i joined a group called something like "free $500 best buy gift card for first 25,000 members" and i joined it. i filled some stuff out which included my address and my home number. it asked me to sign up for free trials of atleast 2 things which i didnt do because i know they charge your card after a certain time. so i exited out. but i got a call from a lady who represented a company called gulf coast or something? and she seemed legit. i was just wondering if anyone else did this and can share with me if it was a scam or something?

Open Question: Is this Victoria's Secret phone survey a scam or the real deal?
I recently received a Survey Call at work from "Victoria's Secret" the guy on the other end wasn't a jerk or anything but I have arrive to learn that you receive nothing free for nothing. He asked me questions about what materials I liked, wore, and what colors i prefered and if I shopped anywhere else and what size i was. It was weird when he asked me if i had names for my "goodies" or if I called them simply Vagina or Brests? He also started giggling when I told him my bra size and height and said, "You're nothing but boobs are you?!" After this 10 minute "Questionare" he told I would receive 5 free VS bras by mail or 2 Bras and 3 panties...... My question is.... Has anyone else received this and if anyone knows if its real or not?

Well, I heard Dave Ramsey say that the $3500 Money Merge Account Program is useless, a rip off, and a total scam. He says this will go away in a couple of years. Is Dave Ramsey right? Open Question: Is a "forensic loan audit" a mortgage scam?
My husband was referred to a mortgage service company that charged an upfront fee to do a "forensic loan audit". He was charged $495 up front and $100 a month until the fee of $895 is paid. The payment showed up on our bank account as a Pay Pal transaction which I thought was weird. This company is going to "audit" the mortgage contract to determine if any errors were made which would render the loan "null and void" and then supposedly use that as bargaining power with the lender to convince them to modify the loan and reduce the payment. We live in Florida. Also on the generic letter that my husband was given, the company misspelled their possess name on the letter head and there are several spelling and grammar mistakes throughout. If anyone knows if this is a scam please let me know. Thanks

Open Question: I need professional opinions, here.?
Ok, so. This is going to sound really lame. But I need help, I'm desperate. every of my life, I've wanted to be an actress & to be in movies. I practically cried watching the Academy Awards. I took 3 years of theater in high school. Now that I have graduated, I don't know what to do to be noticed. I don't know how to receive started, I don't understand how people who are famous NOW got started & if I could just figure that out, then I would be glad. It blew my mind, watching the Academy Awards, because that girl who was the main character in that movie "Precious"- That was her first movie EVER. She just skipped school one day to audition for the role. How do you even find out where casting calls are?? I signed up for a talent website but after them calling me, offering me an audition for the next Pirates of the Caribbean movie & asking me for hundreds of dollars, I found out they were a scam. I just want a legitimate, honest way to make it in this business. This is my dream. The only dream I have ever had. I want it more than I can put into words, I just need help getting there. Can someone please give me some advice?

since October 2009 i have been checking their website in order to buy my sister's wedding dress. They do not give you a mailing address. They do not let you know on the website that they are located in Hong Kong but give you a customer service phone number similar to a 1800... like in the US. They have changed the price 3 times and not for my benefit. My husband thought it might be a scam and search the internet to find reviews on them. A lady did order from them and receive a dress covered with mold, in very bad condition. Did other people who order from them receive their dress? i would like to know because it looks to be a scam. They've wasted my time!!! Now i have to restart the dress search... Thanks for replying.

Open Question: Can you get banned in WoW for this?
Alot of people used to do this, they find people and invite them to a group. Then the people bet money and the type in /roll, if they roll a 75+ they receive double the gold, less than that they have to pay me what the bet. People kept saying they were going to report me. Can you receive banned for this, its not a scam, its just pure luck, if not why would they put the /roll option in there anyways. So can you receive banned for doing this? And if you receive banned once is it for good or just a temporary thing the first time?

I'm looking for legit online jobs for making money online. I tried a few online surveys sites, but a lot of them were points and be entered in drawings for prizes. Was wondering if there is any data entry type jobs that aren't a scam and don't require fees to sign up. I'm skeptical about ones that require you to pay them and there are so many other sites that a free don't know who is a legit online job and who's not.
